Drew Dalton (He/Him)
Drew completed his undergraduate in BSc (Hons) Sociology and Social Research, and has a number of Master's degrees, including MA Gender Research, MSc Social Research, and an MPhil in Sociology. He is the CEO of ReportOUT, a global human rights organisation for LGBTQ+ people, and is the current Chair of the UK Alliance for Global Equality. Drew brings twenty years' experience in the NGO sector and is a former academic and Senior Lecturer in Sociology, specialising in LGBTQ+ human rights and global queerphobia. Drew is currently writing a book about global queerphobia for Bloomsbury Publishers.

Ross Othen-Reeves (He/Him)
Ross completed his undergraduate degree in International Development and a Master's in Human Rights at the University of Sussex, UK, focusing on global LGBTQ+ rights. His field research took him to Malawi and Ethiopia, earning him two distinct academic prizes. Ross spent nearly a decade in the Global LGBTQ+ Rights sector, holding key roles including Advisor at Frontline AIDS, Head of Global Programmes at Stonewall, and Chair of the UK Alliance for Global Equality. He is now a freelance writer focused on LGBTQ+ issues.
